These words are so sweet and introspecive.
Tony loved life as much as anybody I ever knew.
When he knew he was very ill, he wrote of how
lonely it would be to lie in the dark and not have
anyone to speak to.

I know that once he had left this earth, he didn't
have to worry any longer about that beautiful compact
body he lived in. He didn't have to wonder who he
would converse with. He went immediately to Heaven
where he had also written a spot in God's army waited
for him. He wrote that he would step up with pride and
take his place.

I picture him and Jesus walking and talking and laughing.
The scriptures tell us that Jesus had a great sense of
humor and Tony did also. It seems so peaceful to think
that they can appreciate all that was given to Tony
while he was here and that he watches us now and helps
when he is allowed to. I feel his presence often.

The poem is a lovely tribute to him and he would be
so happy to know you remember him so fondly. You
were a person he spoke of with great affection and
admiration. Thank you for being who you are. love, Sylvia
